I reached out for help thinking it would be a quick fix, but the replies took forever and I never really got a clear answer. It reminded me of when my brother had a similar issue with another service and just kept getting passed around. it felt like nobody was that interested in actually solving the problem.

Getting everything integrated took longer than I expected. The biggest frustration was that the next steps weren’t always clear, so I kept having to figure out what was supposed to happen next or wait for more guidance. It got done eventually, but the process felt bumpier than it needed to be.

"It feels like it’s always down"
I swear, every time I actually need to use the system, it’s broken or down again. It happens way too often, and it’s so frustrating I could scream. I just want it to work when I need it.

"Frustrating payment issue that needed better accountability"
My payment didn’t go through properly, but the pending charge just sat there for way too long with no clear explanation. I kept checking because the support info wasn’t very helpful, that shouldn’t be on the customer to figure out. If there’s a payment problem, they need to communicate clearly and take responsibility for getting it resolved. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I’m frustrated with the mobile credential. It almost always fails when I’m trying to get in the door, and then I get told it’s just some policy or setup issue. That doesn’t really help when I’m standing there stuck outside. I just wish it worked reliably like it’s supposed to

"Honestly, it was frustrating"
I really wanted this to be quick and easy, but the site had me all over the place. At first I thought maybe I was just missing something, then I got annoyed because pages were loading slowly and I kept ending up in the wrong spot. By the time I tried to pay, I was more confused than anything. I was excited to finish my order, but the whole process kind of drained that fast
